If you want to achieve an even keener sharpness，tips for you:
- First use the 20° side of the magnetic angle support, grind with diamond grinding disc, and then turn it over to grind with ceramic honing disc, for initial sharpness
- Then use the 15° side of the magnetic angle support, grind with ceramic grinding disc, and then turn it over to grind with ceramic honing disc, for fine sharpness
- Turn the knife over the other side and repeat
It is recommended to use the two angles together. If the knife is relatively dull, the time required needs to be increased appropriately.
