Use for Kyocera Ceramic or Steel Knives

This manual home knife sharpener is simply designed and features a durable, diamond sharpening wheel for consistent, clean results every time. Great for either left or right handed sharpening. Can be used on Kyocera ceramic knives and steel knives too!

#1000 Grit Diamond Wheel

The #1000 grit diamond wheel is positioned to allow you to sharpen a double-sided beveled knife edge at the same time.

How to use

  • Hold the knife sharpener on a level surface
  • Put the knife blade vertically into the slot and lightly move it on the wheel in a backwards motion several times until you get the desired sharpness
  • Do not twist the ceramic blade while on the sharpening wheel
  • Rinse the knife after sharpening
  • Do not use on serrated blades. The sharpening wheel will remove a serrated edge
